our groomer
Jen is the master groomer behind Happy Heeler’s operations. As a lifelong animal lover – and a recently retired state servicewoman – she went looking for a way to turn her passion for pups into a profession. After founding Happy Heeler while still working full-time, she made the shift to make grooming her new focus after her retirement in 2021. She is a Certified Groomer through the state of Pennsylvania and prides herself on treating every dog that comes through her doors with the same love, compassion, and kindness that she’s always shown her own.
